Our principal lawyer, Paul Fyfe, practises solely in the area of construction law and has extensive experience in building, construction and engineering contracts and disputes.

Paul has been involved in the construction industry since 1964.  He began as a builder in early 1970’s and extended that career as a construction lawyer from 1983. Paul is a registered builder (WA since 1984/ Builders Registration No. 7059) and was a construction law partner of  Perth’s largest commercial law firm, Jackson McDonald from July 1987 to December 2013.
